Leading recurring and regulated payment experiences in the Itaú Emps App. Influenced Pix payments and launched Pix Automático as a new Central Bank–regulated product within six months. Led the complete design of DDA (authorized direct debit), eliminating fraud vectors and setting a new market benchmark for security and usability.
